SYS1000 ("we," "us," or "our") provides a Chrome extension designed to assist with AI sessions. We are committed to extreme privacy: our software is built so that your session data remains yours alone.

We only collect the minimum information necessary to provide and license our services:

Email Address: We collect the email address you provide at the time of purchase.
License Key: A unique identifier is generated and associated with your email to manage your subscription.
Local Storage: Your email and license key are stored locally on your machine to keep the software activated.

We do NOT collect, store, or transmit: AI session data, prompts, or responses, browsing history, cookies, or browser metadata.
We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any information from your local network or other files on your computer.


3. How We Use Your Information (Limited Use)

In accordance with the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, we strictly limit the use of your data:
Verification: We transmit your license key to our Cloudflare API solely to verify your active subscription status.

No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
No Advertising: Your data is never used for personalized advertising or marketing.
No Credit Scoring: Your data is never used to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.


4. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with established providers to handle specialized tasks securely:

Stripe: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or have access to your credit card or financial information.
Cloudflare: Used for secure API verification of your license key.


5. Data Security

We prioritize the security of the minimal data we hold. All transmissions between the extension and our licensing server are encrypted via HTTPS.


6. Your Rights and Data Deletion

Depending on your location (such as the EU or California), you may have the right to access or delete the personal data we hold.
